How AKDS Works
A custom AKDS regularly scans internal & external data sources to find and map documents to your strategic topic tree.
An AKDS accesses your choice of many company internal and external data sources (in addition to the Internet), then automatically finds, organizes, and analyzes the knowledge that's critical to your strategic efforts.
The system continually searches multiple databases to find the knowledge that's key to your strategic efforts.
Then leading-edge semantic algorithms organize the information by accurately mapping documents and records to a topic tree based on your strategic needs (topic trees are drawn from technology roadmaps, strategic plans, even a list of critical areas of investigation).
Access documents about a given topic, or search by keyword, concept, organization, date, or amount of funding.
Information is mapped based on an analysis of the document's contents (far more accurate than the results of a keyword search). Now you have a single useful repository of current and historic information: all the technology info you need, in one easy-to-access place!
The system then analyzes current and historic documents in the repository to produce reports about organizations, R&D, funding, & technologies, or any topic important to your strategic efforts... all in a matter of seconds.
